DON’T DRAG!!!

Since things happen when we wish it shouldn’t,

Because we do things which we shouldn’t,

And our plans go wrong,

Repent we will,

As we are human,

Grumbling on things,

Which happened in the past,

Will drag us back,

So leave doubts and proceed with care,

At last things will work out,

As it’s natural to lose when we wish to gain.

Success comes after due pain,

Go on despite all hurdles,

Work along with play and life’s games,

As bright moments will come after dark times,

Do not whine as it’s wise to remain sober,

As things do work out after due efforts,

Its life’s cycle,

Sad moments turn into happy times,

So we must continue our traipse,

Dust will settle after storm.

Life’s journey seems long,

Most of us wail on life’s trials,

But we do succeed after patience and persistence.

So mend your ways if you are stuck,

As dark clouds do break and horizon turns bright,

And shower turn heat into relief,

So let the stress turn into tranquility,

Keep on working on and on,

Things do work out somehow.

MARCHING PRIME!!!

As the wind blows sweet,

Our comrades soften up,

They find directions through stars,

Hustle up to progress with speed,

Their gait light,

Spirits soaring,

We march the distance prime,

Whistling our contingent tune,

Kettles brewing with Savory broth,

We quaff as we surge forth.

Miles to go with will to conquer,

The objectives to triumph,

We dither not.

The sand off was cheering,

At Target joint cry was in resonance,

Hence objective we realised.

Spirit of team banks on collective will,

With friends’ love we travel farther,

As if rivers and hills,

Are waiting,

Flowers and paddles are softer,

Route becomes familiar,

The spread of span seems vivid.

As the mist shines,

On the soft surface the sunlight shows the approaching dusk,

Marchers’ fatigues fade away.

There could be no better place to rest than this,

All squatter around,

Objective having attained,

As if we were on it since we started and were aware.
