First priority: Identify the risks. Draw a strategy. Develop a plan. Network with stakeholders. Participants must be trained. Test plan, prior to venturing into an Adventure. Have a clear emergency and crisis management procedure.  Set up an all-time available communication system. Stay updated on travel advisory issued by the government agencies. Retrieve and re position your business after a crisis.

Major Hazards:

Natural ,Technological ,Biological and Civil/political.

Be Clear About:

Causes, Frequency, Duration, Speed of onset, Scope of impact and Destructive potential.

Further Considerations:

Safety and security of visitors and staff.

Secure and operational system of communication with all participants.

Prepare and secure in advance:  buildings, facilities and equipment.

Liaise with disaster management agencies for their response and recovery in the event of a disaster.

Build up resources to support response and recovery operations.
